the fool (who waits at home)

I've been told before that I'm the kind
Of person who invites to abuse;
I've got an eye that used to turn blind
But this time you've lit my fuse.

I'm sick of always being known
To be there, tired of being a fool,
The fool who always waits at home
I'll change the locks and the rule.

You'll find yourself with no way in
If you go playing devil come out
This fool will take it on the chin
And my devil inside, I'll let him out.
